Anyone involved in software testing. This includes people in roles such as testers, test analysts, test engineers, test consultants, test managers, user acceptance testers, and software developers. The course is also appropriate for anyone who wants a basic understanding of software testing, such as product owners, project managers, quality managers, software development managers, business analysts, IT directors and management consultants.

Lecture presentations are supported by exercises allowing reinforcement of learning and enhancing the understanding process.
This course has been independently developed but follows the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level syllabus for 2018. Course fees do not include the ISTQB examination which may be taken at any PearsonVUE testing centre. Verhoef Training is a PearsonVUE Examination centre but we cannot guarantee availability of testing stations.
The course format is instructor-led with presentations and discussions supported by practical work involving a realistic case study which allows reinforcement of learning and enhances the understanding process.
