Audience

This course is aimed at delegates who will be using WebSphere MQ mainly in the IBM z/OS Enterprise Server environment. The course is relevant for MQ releases up to and including v7.

Prerequisites

The course assumes no knowledge of WebSphere or MQ, so attending the Introduction class is not expected or required. However, delegates are expected to be familiar with the IBM z/OS Enterprise Server operating system.

Duration

5 days. Hands on.

Course Objectives

This course provides all the necessary background and specific information to enable the delegates to be fully functioning WebSphere MQ Administrators. In particular it will look at installing, tailoring, managing and troubleshooting a WebSphereMQ system.
