Course Objectives

This course is aimed at SFIA level 2 and 3 for Programme and Project Support Office in terms of its intellectual content. The course is based on a one day course with exercises to enable participants to relate the workshop content to their own situation and devise a realistic action plan for applying ideas in the course to their own personal development plans.

On completion delegates will:

  • Understand the key components of Project and Programme Support Office activities and services.
  • Understand how these services support Programmes and Projects in an organisation.
  • Be able to see the bigger picture in providing services to improve Programme and Project support.

· Supporting Programme and Project Governance – assurance and reviews.
· Collecting performance data and metrics – benefits, business KPIs, project and programme metrics, creating reports.
