Anyone who has a significant role within a programme environment and who wishes to gain a formal qualification, including: Programme Directors, Senior Responsible Owners, Programme Managers, Business Change Managers, Programme Office Manager, Programme Office staff and Project Executives and Managers. The Foundation Certificate is a pre-requisite for the MSP Practitioner Certificate, and is therefore an ideal starting point for delegates who wish to take the Practitioner examination at a later date.
Delegates should have a good appreciation of the principles and sound practical experience of Project Management, ideally utilising a recognised structured methodology. It would be helpful if they have some knowledge and/or experience of strategic or business planning.
