Audience

This course is for Project Managers, Project Schedulers, Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, Consultants and other personnel responsible for managing projects. It will benefit anyone responsible for scheduling, estimating, coordinating, controlling, budgeting, staffing projects and supporting other users of Microsoft Project Server 2013.

Prerequisites

Delegates should be existing Project Managers or those responsible for managing projects.

Although no prior knowledge of MS Project is required, having attended our MS Project Introduction course would be an advantage.
