This qualification sets out to bring definition and discipline to business change through effective benefits Management. It will describe the purpose of benefits management in organisational change and identify the key roles relating to benefits Management. It will describe the difference between soft and Hard benefits and produce a benefits map, benefits profiles and describe methods for tracking of benefits.
